What is your turn-around time for design@ Our average turn-around time for designs is below 8 hours. Our designers utilize their umatched experience and skills to deliver each design even before the promised time. For rush/urgent orders, we ensure to meet your deadline at no additional cost.
Do you charge for revisions@ There is no cost for editing in designs. Our team works with you to draw a design which makes you and your client delighted. If you need to add a new part to the already drawn design, we will only charge for the additional stitches.
What are your business hours@ Amor Digitizing works round the clock, 24/7 even on weekends. We are close on a very few public holidays of a year like Christmas and Memorial day.
What quality measures do you take to ensure highest quality in each design@ We believe in ‘do it until it’s done right’. Our experienced designers and quality assurance team show zero compromise on quality of designs we make. Each design in Amor Digitizing goes through many quality checks before being sent to the client, and any design not up to the mark will be sent back to the digitizer over and over until the promised quality is achieved.
What formats do you accept and provide designs in@ We accept files in almost any standard format . To name a few, ai, cdr, eps, gif, jpg, pdf, png, psd and tif are the formats we work with requarly. Most of our clients prefer DST format. We also offer formats such as EMB, CND, EXP, DSB, etc.

What are your rates for a design@ We charge a standard flat rate for each design we make for you: $5 for 1K stitches. The maximum charge is $100 for a design of 20000 stitches of above.
Can I get a trial job done for free@ YOU CAN! send us any of your design and we will demonstrate the quality and quick service we stand for. There will be absolutely no charge for first and second trial orders.
